Delivery/shipping
We use Royal Mail signed for 2nd class on all UK orders.
All orders made within the UK will qualify for free shipping.
All international orders will be subject to a £12.99 shipping charge.
Size guide
For all our designs the body width are the same for all sizes (oversized) but they vary in length.
We highly recommend that you read specific size information on the product’s page. To do this, simply select the size of a product and the exact measurements will appear (height, width, & sleeves measurements).
Below is our summarised size guide for our dress. Consider going a size up if you plan to wear heels with any of the dresses.

Payment
We currently accept PayPal payments.
You will be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of its confirmation. To do this please reach out on email (info@sewvenir.co.uk) with your order number stated in the subject. Orders processed after 24 hours cannot be cancelled or edited.
Return/exchange
If you find that your order is damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch and we will offer refund or exchange as accordingly.
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to offer returns, exchanges or refunds to items if you decide you no longer want the item.
Please make sure you read the size guide on a product before purchasing or reach out on email (info@sewvenir.co.uk) if you have any queries on any products if you are hesitant to buy.

Currently we do not have a custom tailoring service available, but this is something we are working to bring in the near future as we would love to help you design pieces for all occasions!
All our products are hand-made by our trusted tailors in Bangladesh. We take great precaution to ensure all our workers are paid justly and that they work in a safe environment.
